HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN ESTIMATE?
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES?
No. Estimates are always FREE. There is absolutely no charge for us to come out and get you an estimate on your project and we are happy to do so.
HOW LONG DOES AN ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Depending upon your project, please allow 30 minutes to one hour for your estimate appointment.
WILL THE JOB ESTIMATE PRICE CHANGE?
Our estimate price is the actual price for your job. There will be no surprises or added costs. You pay what the estimate says.
I ACCEPTED THE ESTIMATE, NOW WHAT?
Once you decide to accept our estimate and are ready to move forward with your project, please let us know. We will put you on our schedule and set a start date for your project. Before beginning work, we will schedule an in-person meeting with you to go over your project thoroughly (including paint color selections), scheduling and more, as well as introduce you to our awesome project managers.
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD SOMETHING TO THE PROJECT?
No problem. We can complete a change order to add work to an ongoing job. Our crews are not authorized to complete work beyond the exactly what's detailed in your original contract until we complete a written and signed change order.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Ball Brothers Painting accepts checks, cash, and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover) as payment methods. There is a 3.5% convenience fee added to credit card transactions. We accept payments online and in person.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payment terms are 1/2 down (due at meeting just prior to beginning work on your home), with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job, following a walk through of the job with our project manager when we are sure of your complete satisfaction.
